“Clean room, self check in, air conditioning and heaters portable available. The restaurant on property open only since Thursday, so didn’t get to check it out , we were there on Wednesday. The walls are quite thin, can hear everyone through. Otherwise , very pretty views and nice balcony to sit on, beautiful lake side property to enjoy, especially off season.”

“Bellissima struttura affacciata sul Lago Seneca. Personale gentilissimo fin dal check in e nota di merito al personale del ristorante dove abbiamo cenato, portate buonissime e musica dal vivo inclusa. Svegliarsi con la vista sul lago è stato speciale.”

“The lake views were beautiful. Attention to small details. Great location.”

“This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the...

“This property is beautiful and is a perfect spot on the lake. We loved kayaking and fishing off the dock!”

“Great location! Right on the water. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, with extra thoughtfulness to their guests like popcorn and sunscreen. And it was quite possibly the best mattress I've ever slept on.”

“This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place to come back to and unwind after visiting the wine trail event. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. I even slept well, and rarely do that when not in my own bed. A Great place to stay and had everything we needed. ”

“Amazing property and house”

“My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay.”

“The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”

“The view was the standout on this property. Unfortunately, it went downhill when you went inside. Our worst complaint was that there was not a comfortable place to sit in the entire house. Cushions were so thin you could practically see thru them. We double stacked them and still bottomed out. We had several rainy days so didn't have much choice but to be inside in the evenings. Beds also needed an upgrade. Another downside -- dozens of geese - cute but incredibly messy. I realize this is...
